What's the difference between this and the simpler vitamin C serum? How can i know which is best for me?

I was attempting to positively comment on the product similar to this by Mario b but was trying to compare the strength or percentage of Vitamin C in this. I have had positive results since I began using a wide variety of this brand of skin care however I do have several questions that I have needed for a very long time and I hope you can help:
1. Please advise on how I can make any of these products lady an entire year as it says on each bottle of each product. If I used it 365 days a year how can it be stretched that far? It’s increasingly confusing when I read to use 2-3 drops since I cannot imagine it is spreading to all areas. Should I water it down perhaps?  I have used a bottle within 3 months. I know I use way to much but I am desperately wanting to see serious results but so far if there are positive results I don’t really know since everything is relative. I have had no bad results at all. I feel like maybe it is helping and I plan to continue using it. 
2. As far as eye cream is concerned which is best? I have tried the eye gel and the eye cream but if there are different results I don’t see a difference. I am 57 years old and suffer from insomnia so when I use eye cream I am hoping for darkness and puffiness to disappear... preparation H is the old treatment since it “shrinks tissue” and it is much less expensive. Lol
3. I also would very much like to know how many serums can be suggested to use together or is doing so just wasteful? I already use too much everything since I am fighting the aging process but I know I read somewhere that using more than one serum is recommended in some instances but I do not recall what the pairing would be. I go to tanning booths at my gym as horrible as it is (I can hear people gasping in horror) but maybe this will bring up some advice. 
4. Lastly, I have had increasing frustration learning how to utilize the discounts I am supposed to be able to take advantage of but still have no clue how to do so. I must have spent a small fortune on multiple products and truly need to take advantage of the discounts which I have earned several times. HELP!

can the super serum be used if I'm appling retinal A 1% every night?

I really like this brand.  I have tried numerous brands over the last 20 years and this brand is the best.  I notice how wrinkles seem more noticeable if i DO NOT use the vitaminC and Vitamin C Plus for a few weeks.  I use the vitamin C in the morning and Vitamin C Plus at night.  I am 72 years old with many many wrinkles BUT this seems to make them less visible.  need to constantly use.  Takes at least a few weeks for you to really notice the difference.
