A little bulky and challenging to manipulate during shampoo
I bought this for the filtration. I'm not sure yet ( been using for 2 weeks) if it's making a difference. Great water pressure and the changing lights is cute however when using this in the salon bowl it's difficult to target my clients occipital area. It's a little slippery if I have shampoo or conditioner on my hands.The final verdict is still out

Super easy to install
Brought to use as a shower head for my 8 year old. She loves it because it turns her dull shower into a fantasy shower! I love it because her hair and skin feels and looks great! So happy with my purchase.

Got it for my salon, the pressure is great, love the light and my clients love it.

Does not filter water .
Does not screw into shampoo bowl assembly . Literally have to call a plumber to properly connect it . Lowes doesn’t even carry the adapter due to measurement . Total headache. On top of that I ran a test water still cloudy regardless of old set up or new head !

Handle too long
The handle is too long making it hard to get underneath the clients head to rinse.The hose...it doesn't come with one which they indicated, but Home Depot nor Lowe's have a hose to fit the vaccum breaker and the sprayer. The company doesn't offer it either. So, I had to end up not using it. Not sending it back too complexed. I would rather share for those who are interested. Update: we finally found a hose to fit. Tried using it it's a very awkwardly to hold. The light stop working. I bought 2 so we didn't even bother using the other one.
