Hated it. It work, than it didn't work any longer.
This product seemed to work for the first 3 days, then there was a clear change in my appetite. My lifestyle had not changed in any way that would have made me feel a difference (for the worse) in 3 days. I will be honest and say that I know that there is still work to be done on the users end with any diet program. But for the amount that was charged for this product, I expected way more than a 3 day success rate.

Don't waste your money or time
Does not work what so ever. I've been dieting for several months and go to the gym for 1 hour 4 times a week. I started to stall in my weight loss so I tried this product. Did nothing at all. No change - no weigh loss, decreased cravings, smaller appetite, etc. I have a theory about products like this. If it is working for someone it is the placebo effect - you're really altering your behavior because you think it's going to work.
