They seem a little smaller and thinner to me, but it hasn't been an issue.

Why does this come up on the first page on a baby wipes search? These look dangerously like baby wipes and I can see someone getting confused easily.

I don’t think anyone would be confused on the difference between baby wipes and Lysol disinfectant wipes unless they were completely dense. These come up because kids always put everything in their mouths so things are always needing to be cleaned and disinfected. But instead of asking Lysol why, you should ask Amazon. Lysol has nothing to do with product placement in searches unless it’s a sponsored ad.
