Like: Great value for money. Boots quickly, it's light and has the essential ports. Particularly useful if you are using a Huawei/Honor phone. The PC Management software is actually user friendly and useful. Dislike: Could really have done with an RJ45 connection. Room for improvement: the webcam. The resolution is fine, the problem is the angle on a flat surface. On onboxing the audio driver wasn't working. This was sorted after running 'Optimize' in the PC Management App. The laptop downloaded and pushed out a firmware update. After which, the audio worked fine. Overall: I was pleasantly surprised and would be happy to purchase it again.

My old laptop died so needed a replacement. This is what i chose. So far everything seems good. Its the same size screen as my old one but a much smaller and thinner laptop. I do miss the full keyboard with the number pad but this laptop has some good security advantages. The power button has an inbuilt fingerprint reader which is pretty stringent. if ive been washing my hands it wont work but you can have a pin as a back up too but its far safer this way. secondly the webcam pops up i had to look up how to find it its so well hidden but this also means people cant access it without you turning it on. its quiet and got a good battery life and the warning is also fair time. on my old laptop the battery warning popped up you had about 10 seconds to plug it in or it died. it wasnt a bad price and for me im quite happy with it.

Overall a very good laptop from a reputed company, with very reasonable price. I like the retractable third pin of plug, as seen above. It gives you a good packing comfort. Only issue is, as someone pointed out earlier, the location of camera. As you can see in the video, it focuses under your chin and no man or a women would like to be focused under their chin! You also lose the eye contact very badly while looking at other person on your screen. Functionality wise, its a perfect laptop which excellent speed, very low fan sound and comfortable typing experience. Buy it with confidence, just be ready to either use your phone for net meetings, or buy a video cam, to get rid of Chin Focusing LOL!

Very thin but still has 3 usb ports and hdmi. Looks really nice and feels solid, metal casing, not plastic. Easy to set up, screen quality good. No problem with touch pad as always have used mouse but son uses pad with no problem. Really like position of camera, tucked away when not in use and, apparently, does not look up my nose! Had it for a about 10 days now, very impressed. Only slight problem, very slight, is that it doesn't always recognise fingerprint, mine are old and worn away, but can just input pin and its up and running. Thanks to Amazon for sending replacement, bought it on Prime Day, told 2 day delivery. When it didn't turn up after 3 contacted Amazon. Replacement sent which arrived on expected day, still at Prime price, original never arrived, probably pinched! I would say good buy, even at proper price but excellent at Prime discount

As a person who only really uses my laptop to surf the internet I probably don't really test or utilise the full capabilities of the machine. However I found the matebook to be excellent for my needs, fast enough ( easily downloaded and installed the Windows 11 upgrade), good storage and super value for money ( bought as a Black Friday deal).

I've been using this laptop for three months and not once has it caused a problem and displayed good quality for the great price range. The display is good/decent as it sometimes isn't colour accurate but a very good screen. The battery life in my experience has lasted me five hours which isn't great. Overall, the laptop build quality is fantastic with metal body which you don't expect for the price and you get more for what you paid for.

Don't buy... After 3 years of using the laptop stopped charging and is beyond repair...
