Nothing super fast or unmanageable
Hair is definitely growing with this product. Nothing super fast or unmanageable, but I think is restoring hair back to the way it's supposed to grow. Saw a lot less shedding when I used this product for a little over two weeks. After three weeks, hair stopped breaking off and felt stronger at the roots. I did the hair pull test and could actually tell that the hair was stronger than before. Will continue on a three-month regimen to see if hair maintains it's strength and monitor the growth.

I have tried several hair growth products. I am pretty sure that Biotin is definitely good for the hair and nails. almost all of the hair growth products have it and then they have some combination of other supplements that are beneficial.
