I'm a huge fan of specialty lotus drinks and foods in restaurants. I've also used it as shatter in the past for anxiety. So on a whim, I purchased this. I'm very glad that I did! This tastes amazing shaken up with some coconut water and collagen, and even though it's not as strong as the shatter I used, it still carries a pleasant calming effect that pairs nicely with the relief and hydration that collagen and coconut water bring. I highly recommend this if you're middle aged and your nerves are a bit worn for the wear.

A great mask when mixed with warm water and honey. Skin is brightened and super soft after first use. I also put in on eye bags and in my water bottle with juice or just add honey. It helps you lose inches and disposes fat cells. Lotus extract is used in cellulite serums. It works
