I really like the flavor of this garlic a lot. The fermentation process gives it a smoother, sweeter taste than regular fresh garlic. It also seems to eliminate much of the usual sharpness or 'bite' that garlic normally has. The texture is definitely interesting and sort of reminded me of those soft, chewy types of fruit jelly candies.I also tried to make black garlic mayo ( Two cloves mashed up, in a half cup of mayo). These have a wonderful umami profile ... great addition to my kitchen stock!

It's waste of money. Product not coinciding with Image of amazon
Mfost hopeless product. Bcoz Image in amazon shows that they are cloves and the product received like paste. Horribly, there is no return policy. It's nothing but gross injustice and cheating.
