This soy sauce is one of the best and I regularly buy it here and there. It is lighter not too salty since it is mostly used for soup, and that is definitely the favorite part. I normally use it for soup. And on top of that, this soy sauce goes so great with sushi and Wasabi. This will be your best soy sauce if you are a sushi lover!! This is the only thing I'd have with when having sushi.

All around this is my GO TO soy sauce. I’ve used for YEARS and SO GLAD this is available online!! It’s plenty rich in flavor, but it’s light. I use it to cook my Korean food, anywhere from soup to stew, to stir fry. I always always add this soy sauce even when the recipes call for a richer soy sauce. I really do feel like this adds another level of flavor to my cooking! LOVE LOVE LOVE it! Recommend it for anyone, but especially if you’re starting to cook and not sure which one to get!

I'm in an area where there aren't any Asian markets or real Asian ingredients in grocery stores. I'd have to drive 3.5 hrs just to get what I need. I use this "soy sauce for soup" for Korean cooking. It's flavorful & perfect for certain dishes. (It's basically like concentrated soy sauce.) The item arrived fresh with a long enough shelf life. No damages to the bottle. All tamper evidence seals in tact. And it saved me a long drive and gas money.

Versatile soy sauce, many uses, great taste

I like the taste, a bit on the light side but taste very “soy sauce” to me (unlike San-j Tamari that taste like Maggie) I love it and will buy more. It is also very good for making soup.

I am glad I found this soy sauce that my mother used to make @ home 50 plus years ago without junk. I add apple cider vinegar, cane sugar, or dark brown sugar, garlic powder, pepper depends what I cook. With this soy sauce I can make every different way not only for the soup. I chose this soy sauce because there is no junk like fructose,corn syrup ect, just simple ingredient that soy sauce suppose to be. Thank You for the good product!

Soup soy sauce is saltier than regular soy sauce. It is made for seasoning soup without adding too much liquid and without making the soup too dark. This soy sauce is not made for dipping sushi, ok? I mean you can do as you like, just be ready for that punch of salt in your mouth. This is the same brand we have purchased in the Asian Market. Love that we can get it without the almost 2 hour round trip!

I used to use only regular soy sauce when I cook Korean food, and my friend recommended to use this instead of regular one when making soups. It tastes deeper but does not change color of the soup too dark, so it is expecially perfect for seaweed soup and beef radish soup.

Good to add to soup.

Diese Sojasauce ist eigentlich für Suppen gedacht, aber sie passt in fast jedes Gericht. Schon ein kleiner Schuss reicht und man hat sofort mehr Geschmack. Ich nutze sie in vielen Bereichen der Küche – ein echtes Allround-Talent und sehr lecker!

I used this so many times for soups and also hotpot. A couple of tablespoons is all you need and it makes the soup so flavourful! Definitely highly recommended!
