Can I used it on a 2020 Honda Accord??

I dont see why not however let me warn you mine got broken when the weather got very hot I live in a place that gets 110 F and it did not resist the heat.

Can I rotate this at the base? One of the picture shows it has a rotating base

No, it straps to the head rest, but doesn't have a rotating base.

Can funbliss please address the mold/dust issue? That’s the one reason I’m not buying.

Hello, now this mold/dust issue has been completely resolved and will not appear again. Please rest assured to buy. The last time it was caused by the humidity in the warehouse, it has now been completely resolved, and all new products have been replaced.
