If you’re on a weight loss journey you know you need extra protein. This has been a fun way to get added protein into my diet. I add a few spoon fulls to my matcha or I made some healthy matcha marshmallows out of it. Make sure you add this to hot beverages. I also made a protein healthy hot chocolate with it that was to die for. There is no smell. No added flavor and if you’re looking to add extra proteins it’s a great easy way to do just that. I’m sure you good add to your hot coffee and it would have the same affect.
