EDIT- the seller made contact and offered a free replacement which was sent extremely quickly and the new one does in fact work much better than the original - really impressed with them! Brought this thinking it would be perfect for my daughter and we’ve gone to use it, put new batteries in and it doesn’t work!! It was dried out and stored in a dry place so cannot see any reason why it wouldn’t work! So annoyed as it wasn’t exactly cheap for a one time toy!

Great toy but broke. The tap stopped working despite several battery changes after just 2 weeks. Amazon wouldn’t just send a new tap part, making me go to all the hassle of finding a box big enough to send the entire thing back with all the other bits and vegetables that my daughter loves, having to find a Hermes drop off point and someone with a printer for the label which is a massive inconvenience I could do without. Wouldn’t recommend due to the tap motor not working.

An excellent product providing great fun for a two year old!

My daughter loves this toy but as the other reviews have said sadly after a few months the tap did stop working even with new batteries but fir the price and hours of fun she had it was worth it and will be ordering her another one.

Really good fun. The water being recycled is really good. Works well and hours of playtime.

I put brand new batteries in this and it worked for ten minutes before the water stopped coming through the tap. The motor is working as you can hear it but the water just won’t come through any more - there’s the recommended amount of water in so that’s not the issue. So disappointed, my little girl was absolutely loving it before it stopped working :(

Bought for my granddaughter but both she and her brother play with this constantly. They love the fact they have running water but also that the assessors change colour with hot water. Well made and plenty accessories.

This sink was great all the time it worked. My little one loved the running water and filling up and emptying the cups. However, the pump in the tap just stopped working after 4 uses. We can’t see a fault at all. Now he keeps asking to play with it but he can’t as it’s broken! Very disappointed. If it lasted longer then it would be a fantastic toy!

Wir haben die Spüle in ein Smoby Haus eingebaut und es ist ein richtiges Highlight für die Kids. Sie können das Wasser anstellen und ihr Geschirr selbst waschen… das mitgelieferte Geschirr ist aus billigeren Plastik und das mit den Farbwechsel ist auch nur leicht möglich, bei extrem heißen oder kalten Wasser… trotzdem würde ich diesen Artikel immer wieder kaufen …

The tap stopped working. How can I get a replacement tap?

Ich rate von dem Kauf ab. 2 x in Benutzung und die Wasserzufuhr funktioniert nicht mehr. Von dem Kundenservice gibt es keine Reaktion. Absolut miserabel

Motor war leider nach 3x Spielen kaputt! Sehr schade. Verkäufer konnte leider auch nicht, wegen eventueller Reparatur oder Erwerb von Ersatzteilen, kontaktiert werden.
