Very good, especially for women with large breasts, because when they are full of milk they grow much more and the other cups can be very uncomfortable and you don't feel like they are scratching the edges.

I couldn’t fit in the size that came with my breast pump these were perfect for me!!!

I’ll start by saying this—the flanges in the boxes don’t work for anyone with larger than “average” nipples, but how should I know if my nipples are average? I have above average nipples, I guess?At any rate, I struggled for six weeks, not realizing there were alternative size flanges that could be ordered online. Matter of fact, I didn’t even BF with my first baby because I didn’t know these existed; I just assumed the well was dry and I wasn’t able to provide for my daughter.Flash forward and a friend mentioned larger flanges and my entire world changed! The milk, oh my, was I able to produce the milk! Thanks to these little (or big, I suppose) flanges, I felt so much comfortable!Also, because they’re larger, they’re easier to clean! I could wash these by hand easily and quickly instead of waiting them to run through the dishwasher.

So I’m a 36DDD and I ordered the larger size because the flute that came with that pump was a 24 and it was rubbing and causing irritation…if that happens to you definitely size up but the one I bought was toooo big so I went once size lower and it’s perfect
