Q: What are the dimensions and can you lock it?

I'm not for sure what the dimensions are but as a guesstimate, I would say 3 feet by 4 feet by 3 feet. Yes you can lock it. I use it for my PE class and I have a padlock on it that is longer than the standard ones. Hopefully this helps. It can hold about 30 basketballs give or take.

Our cart is sturdy enough for bowling balls. The only concern would be that over time, the weight of so many bowling balls may compromise the strength of the racks. If you would like to purchase the cart for this purpose we are happy to assist in making this work as a long term solution.

I have only put basketballs on the cart. But it is pretty sturdy and you could probably put a few medicine balls on here
