I needed something sturdy and comfortable because I work from home and I also do a lot of gaming, and this is exactly what I was looking for. The material seems to be well built & put together and it’s comfortable. I love that you can also adjust the armrests - up & down and swivel. I put it together by myself using the instruction manual it came with and watching YouTube tutorials. It came with the back cushion and head cushion but I bought an additional seat cushion for extra comfort.

Update: Okay, so the customer support is outstanding here! Changed back to 5-stars. Replaced the faulty part of my chair very quickly and were more than happy to help. I do like the overall design of the chair and the comfort isn't bad for the price. Lumbar support foam/pillow for the lower back is very nice. I do have a problem with the hydraulic giving out and my chair slowly descending to its lowest setting after sitting in it for a few minutes. This problem just recently became a problem and it was only minor at first, but now it has stemmed into a pretty big annoyance. I am well below the weight threshold of the chair too so that's not what I believe to be causing this issue. I do like this chair because it is a big step up from my previous chair (arm rest broke and customer support was a ghost for my previous chair.) I am hoping the same doesn't stem from AutoFull and they will at least help out with the replacement base at a minimum since I haven't had the chair for a full year. It will remain at 3 stars until this remedy is addressed.

Autofull was very responsive to my feedback on how to improve their product. One thing I really appreciated about this chair is that all the screws are in the right places and easy to access, making assembly a breeze. I would definitely buy from them again. The chair itself has excellent lumbar support, which is crucial for anyone who spends long hours sitting down. The memory foam cushion is also very comfortable and molds to your body. The chair has a chunky, sturdy feel to it, and the faux leather is soft and pliable, which hopefully means it won't crack like a harder, shinier faux leather would. Each part of the chair was carefully wrapped in foam to prevent any breakage or damage during shipping. One downside to the chair is that the armrests are quite hard and may crack or peel over time, so it's recommended to purchase soft covers for them. Additionally, the back support can be a bit annoying and pushes you further out from the chair, which then puts the leg support at the back of your knees. The cushion also tends to go flat after a few hours, which can make the chair uncomfortable for extended periods of sitting. However, despite these minor drawbacks, the chair is a great option for those looking for solid lumbar support and comfortable seating.

Been using this chair for a few weeks now. This chair is very comfortable and was a great choice at its price point. I can sit in this chair for multiple hours in comfort without any chair fatigue. The materials seem high quality and the finish is quite nice. I am 5'10" and of average build. My desk height is a little taller than most at exactly 3'. The chair is a little low for that height desk but with a couple inch extra pad it's just about right at its highest setting. That has nothing to do with the chair design, or quality but it might help someone with the fit of their individual desk. I find it most comfortable to use the lumbar support pad as well as an extra couple inch pad on the seat, as mentioned before. Overall, great purchase and I would recommend this product for someone looking for a comfortable gaming chair at a fair price. However, there are a couple things I will mention that earned it a 4 instead of 5-star rating for me that buyers might want to know: 1) The top left screw hole that holds the backrest to the rest of the chair was not threaded correctly. The M9 screw/bolt would start and get a few turns in and just stop with no amount of force able to get it any further. I also tried this with a couple of extra bolts the manufacturer sent with the same results. I couldn't be asked to go buy an M9 tap and re-thread the hole. Therefore, only 3 screws hold my backrest on, but surprisingly I don't notice it making any difference to the sturdiness of the chair. 2) The head rest for someone of my build is more like an uncomfortable upper back annoyance in the position they show it installed. It's much better as a head/neck rest if you strap it to the very top of the chair. Overall, I would purchase it again and will but another one if it holds up for a good while.

Chair feels heavy and very stable, conformable. Not much experienced with that kind of chairs, but you can easily spend a day in it and no worries. Good for gaming watching movies and even naps between. Some parts of the assembly instructions provided are not very clear, so look twice before tighting some screws.Great at all, i was a bit sceptic, but very satisfied.

Easy to assemble. Took 20 mins. Super comfortable, the lumbar support is great and I love the footrest. Stylish chair with great color selections (I got beige and black) would definitely recommend. Doesn't feel cheap like some might. Only thing I can say is I wish the armrests went up a bit more, and moved forward and backward instead of just up/down and tilt left/right. But that's minor, just personal preference. Great product!

Somos de las personas que antes de comprar un producto miran y remiran todo lo que ofrece el mercado, después de mirar mucho y leer muchos comentarios nos decidimos por comprar esta silla gaming, buscábamos algo bueno, bonito y barato (dentro del precio que llegan a alcanzar actualmente este tipo de sillas) y la verdad es que estamos muy contentos con la compra, la relación calidad-precio nos ha parecido excepcional y no tiene comparación con las que pudimos ver físicamente en las grandes superficies dentro de este rango de precio. Vamos a escribir una reseña por si a alguien le pudiese interesar nuestra experiencia personal con esta silla: - La caja dónde viene el producto es muy grande y pesada, pesa 26,50 kilos por lo que habrá que decirle al repartidor que nos la deje en la puerta de casa, o habrá que moverla personalmente hasta el domicilio y para una persona sola se hace complicado si no dispone de una carretilla plegable o algo parecido para poder hacerlo. Puede parecer una tontería esto que hemos dicho, pero no pensamos en ello y le dijimos al repartidor que dejara el paquete en conserjería, posteriormente nos la tuvimos que ver y apañar para subir la caja al domicilio por el peso y el difícil manejo de la misma debido a su volumen. - Una vez desprecintada la caja, que es de un cartón grueso, comprobamos que vienen todas las piezas embaladas y protegidas independientemente. El producto inicialmente viene de China y lo distribuyen desde Alemania (por lo que hemos comprobado en las etiquetas del embalaje), seguramente habrá recibido golpes durante su transporte y manejo, pero el interior viene intacto, las piezas vienen lo suficientemente protegidas para que no se dañen en su transporte. - Instrucciones: Vienen en castellano y además cada paso a realizar con una fotografía, que es de agradecer, pero con una letra minúscula. Hemos tenido que usar la cámara del móvil en varias ocasiones para usarla de lupa y poder leer las anotaciones que traen, esto es debido a que aparte de tener la letra tan pequeña viene en rojo sobre fondo negro, lo que dificulta la lectura, pero con una lupa o zoom de la cámara del móvil se lee sin problema. Con dichas instrucciones, el montaje termina siendo muy intuitivo y no tiene complicación alguna, en algo menos de una hora se tiene la silla montada. - Montaje: Aunque ya lo aconseja el fabricante en las instrucciones, es más que aconsejable proteger el suelo donde se vaya a montar con un cartón grueso o algo parecido, la silla es pesada y consta de muchos elementos metálicos que seguramente acaben dañando el suelo en el montaje si se nos cayera alguno de las manos. - Como se ha dicho, la silla es pesada, seguramente sea necesario en algún momento estar dos personas para manejar alguna pieza o darle la vuelta al final (casi todo el montaje es boca abajo). Esta circunstancia (2 personas) también lo aconseja el fabricante al inicio de las instrucciones. - El montaje es muy sencillo, viene todo explicado en las instrucciones, casi todos los tornillos vienen preinstalados en la silla, por lo que para ir montando las piezas lo que hay que hacer es ir retirando dichos tornillos, colocar la pieza en su sitio y volver a atornillar, muy sencillo. Hay que destacar que todos los tornillos y roscas están hechos de metal. - Únicamente trae tres tipos de tornillos, y trae repuesto de los mismos y las llaves necesarias para apretarlos. - El respaldo se puede inclinar de 90º a 170º con una palanca que trae la silla en el lado derecho. - Tiene por debajo una rueda que permite aplicar en la silla un ligero balanceo, nosotros la hemos dejado rígida (sin que aplique el balanceo). - La silla trae 5 brazos en el pie con doble rueda cada uno, las ruedas no hacen nada de ruido al mover la silla, tenemos tarima y las ruedas giran sin problemas sobre el laminado y no hemos notado marca alguna producida por las ruedas de la silla. - La barra neumática o pistón elevador de gas, es universal, nosotros lo hemos cambiado por uno que permitiera subir más el asiento, pero el que trae da la altura necesaria. Es útil saber que si se rompiera finalmente por el uso, se puede intercambiar por otro. - Los reposabrazos son ajustables en altura y también se puede girar hacia afuera o hacia adentro. - El asiento es muy cómodo. - Trae el cojín lumbar que es de agradecer, como su nombre indica, es un cojín no una pieza de la silla, es ergonómico y se adapta perfectamente al espacio entre la base de la espalda y la de la silla, no va sujeto con ninguna correa o anclaje pero una vez colocado no se mueve de su sitio. - A tener en cuenta, la imitación a piel usada en la silla no huele mal, leímos de otros fabricantes comentarios de compradores diciendo que la silla olía mal, no es el caso, tiene un ligero olor al sacarla de los plásticos protectores, pero termina desapareciendo. - Otro punto a favor es la garantía que da el fabricante de 3 años. - Así que se podemos decir que es una silla grande, muy cómoda y robusta, con materiales de gran calidad y bien rematados y con todos los detalles muy cuidados. - Personalmente tuvimos una incidencia con el repartidor final del producto y tardó en ser entregado más tiempo del que se presumía en Amazon, las conversaciones que mantuvimos con el vendedor fueron muy fluidas y atentas por su parte, poniéndose en todo momento en nuestro lugar, ofreciéndonos una compensación económica por el retraso que se había producido o una devolución íntegra del importe del producto si ya no lo queríamos. Como hemos dicho, en todo momento estuvimos respaldados por el vendedor. Pegas: - Almohadilla del reposacabezas queda algo bajo, aunque se ajusta con correa al hueco que trae la silla, termina bajándose a la parte más baja, lo hemos solucionado con un poco de velcro de doble cara. - A lo mejor se retrasa la entrega como nos ha ocurrido a nosotros. Finalmente decir que nosotros la compramos para el niño y está encantado con su silla gaming, la recomendamos para adolescentes y adultos.
