Really good book if you are looking to get into the property market as a landlord or a renovator. Easy to understand as it is written in the order that you need to deal with things. Takes you through the whole process. I took it with me on my first house viewing and felt confident that I knew what issues to look out for. Plus the photos are encouraging as they show what can be achieved and I particularly liked the flow charts at the end of the book.

I liked that this guy had obviously given it a go, admits to the mistakes he made, and is prepared to give others the benefit of his hard earned knowledge - saving some readers lots of stress as well as hundreds if not thousands of pounds!

I'm currently thinking of investing in my first renovation property and bought a few books to get an insight.This was by far the most easy and informative one to follow.The way its set out makes it interesting to the end.A must for any one looking to get the know how on property buying and renovation.
