Great product, great company
I've been using their products for about 3 years now. Mostly - glycolic and salycilic acids. I've learned about lactic acid from my esthetician. Apparently, glycolic acids dries the skin, while lactic acid doesn't.My skin is used to 70% glycolic acid, so I went ahead and bought high concentration lactic acid as well.HOW TO USE IT. Here is how I use acids at home. I wash my face with soapy face wash. Pat it and then dry it with a cold air fan. I never use alcohol or any other pre-treatment before using acids. First of all - alcohol dries your skin. Secondly - I feel the acid is more smooth on the skin (rather than very aggressive that might cause redness). When I first get the high concentration acid (like this 60% lactic acid) - I dilute it with a bit of water in a separate container. Apply on face for 45 SECONDS (you might want to try 30 seconds if you've never used acid before). I always use timer and start it when I begin applying the acid on the face. When time is up - I thoroughly rinse my face with luke warm water. Pat it with a towel, then dry with cold air fan. Then promptly apply neutralizer (I have dermalure acid neutralizer) on my face on a bit larger area than where the acid was. And I keep it on for 5 minutes. Then rinse with luke warm water, pat it with a towel, dry it with a fan. At the end - apply moisturizer. The next time (next day) I repeat the routine, but keep the diluted acid on for 1 minute. The following time - I don't dilute the acid any more, but go back to keeping it on for 30 seconds. And from then on - gradually increase time in 15 seconds increments. So far with this 60% lactic acid I'm keeping it on for 1 full minute. With my 70% glycolic acid - I found that the ideal time for me is 3 minutes. If I keep it longer - my face gets a bit red. 15 seconds increments help you find your ideal time without doing any damage to your face.KEEP IT HANDY: with my glycolic acid epxerience - I found that OTC Cortizone cream helps reduce the redness of the skin when I've kept the acid longer than I should have or didn't wash it off thoroughly enough.WHY I BOUGHT THIS PRODUCT. I find it that my skin adopts to the acid very quickly (within several applications). And so instead of spending more time keeping the acid on my face, I prefer to buy a higher concentration acid but keep it on my face for less time. Also, I've been using ASDM Beverly Hill's products for several years and always found them of a very good quality and cost. I'm now trying their creams and other products.

Strong product, helps with atrophi/depressed acne scarring
I previously used 30% glycolic acid, and 50% lactic acid, both which I was able to keep on my face for a while. This product is strong, and you can feel it burning. Make sure that you can readily wash this, and have baking soda mixed with water just in case. After one use, I could already see a difference in my atrophic acne scarring. Will use/buy again.

Not effective
I have been using ASDM Beverly Hills Lactic Acid since 2012 when a friend introduced me to the product. I have been using the ASDM 60% lactic acid for about 4 years now. I know what it feels like. I know how long my face can tolerate the burn etc. The ASDM lactic acid I used in the past always came in a blue glass bottle. This version came in a much smaller plastic brown bottle. I just figured that they changed the way they packaged the acid. I checked their actual website and I was right... they changed their packaging but not to what was sent to me. I decided to try this acid anyway. I was very disappointed. This does not feel like 60%. There was no burn. I felt nothing. Not once have I used this product in the past and felt nothing. And no I did not build up a tolerance for the 60%. I haven't done a peel in about 8 months prior to purchasing this so I should have been a bit more sensitive to it. This lactic acid is very weak and does not work to burn those top layers of skin.

Excellent results
I’ve done peels for a few years and I actually do appreciate the final results. The over-the-counter regular peels, do not do enough but I find that it is extremely difficult to find myself in a spa place that will do the facials with coronavirus going on in our world. The product came extremely unusually fast considering the process of the mail system due to the slow down. I’m so happy that I got this because I can do my spa treatments from home at half the price for much cheaper you just Gotta be careful with the amount of time It’s left on it’s all about sensitivity and we all have a different scale. Good luck enjoy beautiful on yourself and I highly recommend this product
