Better than typical resistance bands
Purchased them for my partner to rehab her new knee. They seem to work well and she likes the fact that they are not your typical rubber resistance band. Says they are more comfortable and don't cause you sweat.

Durable, comfortable and nice colors - great for home gym
I’m so glad I bought these. They are of high quality and very durable. The size of these are in a great range, they are comfortable. No breaking or slippage here. They arrived well packaged - great condition. The pink bands come in a nice pink mesh bag that closes on top to take on the go. They come with an insert that tells you what each band is good for re: different exercises, along with a sheet on how to use them safely. These are a great addition to my home gym.
