Redcon1 Total War - Pre Workout, 30 Servings (Watermelon)

The item not preserved well. The powder is clotted. It seems it wasn’t stored well. Unfortunately there is no return option.

I am 77 kgs and only need three fourths of a scoop for the rush to hit. This is more effective than ABE, Optimum Nutrition and C4 powders. Pretty much as effective as Dymatize Pre WO. It also mixes well at room temperature with a battery hand held milk frother.

Worst pre workout i tried so far ,tasted bad and feels bad. Totally not recommended

Not as effective as it claims, used it before the workout. Huge crash afterwards, and the effects fade away an hour after taking the pre workout m.

I love this stuff. I've tried the sour gummies, watermelon, and most recently the rainbow candy. I liked them all. It mixes well and definitely gives me a kick. I've worked out a few times just so I have an excuse to take it. I stacked it with Big Noise for a month but didn't notice much difference by including Big Noise. I'll probably not add that extra expense in the future but I will definitely continue with Total War. I was impressed during this stacking that both mix thoroughly since I had both in the same 16 ounces of water.

So bad and the product is expired

Gives you that tingle. You know it’s going to give you that extra boost once you feel that. Taste isn’t that good though ha. Pre workouts these days just aren’t as good as they were 20 years ago. This is one of the better ones I’ve had in a while.

When I received the container, it seemed the top had been left half open, because the contents inside were totally hardened. it was impossible to even shave off enough powder for one scoop. Hopefully the manufacturer will take more care in quality control as I read this had happened to a number of other customers during the same week I received my container.

Love this product but this one came delivered with the seal broken and powder everywhere. Don’t want to go through the return process so I’m just keeping it but it is annoying.
