Unless Garmin uses a proprietary system, which I doubt, they are most likely using one or the other of the DCS or CTCSS systems. You'll need to look up the particular code references for their radios, but they should be compatible with the DCS or CTCSS systems of the DB20-G.

Im connecting to a switch panel what size fuse should i have, how many amps does it draw?

Looks like about 6 amps at most without retuning. I would go with 10 amp fuse both plus and minus sides of power and ground sides to be safe.
