This is fantastic! I originally bought this to help my husband's bad back (which it does help ease his symptoms as well), but after applying it with my hands, I noticed it was helping me! I have Rheumatoid Arthritis & Fibromyalgia...had both for years & tried everything out there but this stuff gives me noticeable improvement in my symptoms! If you have any sort of muscle or joint pain, use this!!!! It works better than the prescription meds my Rheumy gives me, by a huge margin! If you know of anyone who has health issues like this, do them a huge favor & give them some of this as a gift! At first I used it plain by dropping the frankincense directly on my skin, but it's drying to my skin by itself. Now I use Olive Oil as the base & add the Frankincense Oil to it. I use a smaller dropper bottle to mix up smaller batches for freshness & daily use. Also, I apply the oil as needed throughout the day. Sometimes up to 3 times a day for more intense symptoms. I wasn't sure how much would be a therapeutic dose to put in the base oil. I guessed based on one article I found online, & put 3-10 drops to a very good quality olive oil. If it doesn't seem like it's working maybe up the drops or decrease to your needs. When I have inflammation anywhere, I put this on & it starts working within 30 minutes to ease the symptoms! I'll see any red areas start to calm down, as the inflammation decreases so does the redness, heat, & pain. Prescription anti-inflammatories don't work that quick at all! It works BEST for mild-medium pain/symptoms, in my experience with it. It works quickly on the inflammation but won't completely rid you of every symptom. Sometimes if the symptoms are mild it does get rid of it all & I don't need anything else to help for the day! Or if your having more intense pain, it does work some on that too but takes longer to get relief. You might be able to lower the dosage on your other meds while you wait for this to work more. On the intense symptoms, you might not see a whole lot of improvement until the next day. Oh & lastly, I have experimented with other uses for this oil! For the skin- if you have oily skin on your face, this will help dry it up. I usually just add it to my daily moisturizer every other day or so. but sometimes I put it on my skin first, then the moisturizer. If you have large pores...OMG, u have to try it, it will shrink your pores like no other skincare I've ever used! You'll see your pores shrink with this! Snap a before pic with your cell phone & after putting it on to see! After using this to shrink your pores, you can add a primer or filler serum, to fill in the rest of your pores, then add your makeup. Haircare: I have a short spiky hairdo. A couple of drops in the palm or added to a thickener product I use, & then pull thru the hair for final style. It gives great definition & shine. Skincare: Put some on your feet! It really helps your moisturizer penetrate the thicker skin. Add a few undiluted drops to your feet, then put on your moisturizer! If you have real rough, scratchy feet this will smooth them! It works so well in a bath too! I add it to the olive oil & put a good amount in the bath water. Guessing around 15-20 drops oil & a little more of the olive oil to mix it. My hubby used the Frankincense oil on some skin tags & he said they went down & away. Don't know if they will come back if you stop applying it though. I use the Oil to help heal wounds or scrapes, it shortens healing time & the scars lighten better & heal nicer too.

This Pure Body Naturals Frankincense Essential Oil is pure awesomeness! I love the scent quality, and that it's stem distilled! It's bottled perfectly in a brown light resistant bottle for protection, and came with a convenient glass dropper. I mainly used this Frankincense to create a pain relief essential oil blend, I call "Personal Relief"! The grade quality is so great it takes less than called for to create my perfect blend! My other DIY I enjoy using this particular oil on is Bath Bombs! I make these bombs for my teenage daughter, her friends and some close friends of mine as gifts, 4which they all have commented how great the bath feels, how relaxed they were, and their skin afterward is silky smooth. Diffusing this oil is also very pleasant, my son and I both have serious hypertension aka "ADHD" so I occasionally diffuse my Pure Body Naturals Frankincense Essential Oil on our not so good days as a calming agent, and on those even worse days I like to blend it with the PBN Lavender Essential Oil and diffuse it throughout our home an it give us a sense of peace and clarity. I can't say enough good things about Pure Body Naturals and their top notch Essential Oils! I'm totally obsessed!

This IS THE BEST QUALITY SO FAR ON AMAZON!! Very nice fragrance used in my diffuser with myrrh for therapeutic/ health reasons. I consider it a very high quality oil, & have ordered again (& another diffuser!) Frankly, I was amazed at the overall better health due to it's use & properties. Even my 12 year old who cares less about such things, wants one! Many compliments on just the fragrance,not cheap or perfumed! A great buy, glad we found it! Buying a 2nd diffuser for all night, & more area!😊 I got the frankincense to help his severe degenerative disc disease causing him excruciating pain. I also have arthritis, & joint pain, sarcoidosis in my lungs & anxiety & pain disorder, so am hoping for help their as well. It offers immediate relief for skin issues, though doubt it will remove my scars, but I will keep trying. People often comment on my skin, lack of wrinkles,etc., so that's good:) I like my friends theory regarding Frankincense, Myrrh, & Silver. He theorizes the gifts from the 3 wise men (magi) has more to do with health than wealth. )Interesting & cool theory), makes sense! Would & will recommend to anyone!

I am fairly new to using essential oils and lately I have been trying all different kinds. I typically use the oils in my diffuser, but I have learned that I can use some on my body for natural health benefits. I love that this frankincense comes in an amber-colored glass bottle & even comes with a glass dropper. The dark amber color protects the oil from light and prevents it from denaturing. This oil has an earthy scent to it that if I had to describe, I'd definitely say it is more of a masculine scent (not flowery). Personally, I do not love the scent & just think it's okay (but that is all perspective). What I do love about this oil, though, is that frankincense is a great natural anti-inflammatory, astringent, & disinfectant. When I have a breakout, I mix it with a carrier oil & dab a little on my blemish. It really helps to dry it up & I prefer using it over a chemical-filled face astringent from a drug store. It has so many other benefits that I am excited to still learn about.

Let me start by saying this is an amazing oil. It's spicy, clean scent is perfect at setting a calm, peaceful, relaxing atmosphere to start or end your day. Stressed? Then diffuse. Need to sleep or relax? Then apply a couple of drops on the bottoms of your feet. Have skin blemishes? Add a drop to your beauty routine to help with the appearance of your skin (you may want to dilute with a carrier oil.) Honestly, this great quality oil smells awesome, comes in a dark glass bottle with a glass dropper for easy dispensing, it has many other uses that include: being a household cleaner, an additive in bath water to soak sore muscles, it also acts as an anti inflammatory so it can be applied to painful areas and it really does help. Really, the list goes on and on. If you like essential oils this is a must have for your collection because this oil can be used on a daily basis for something or another!

Pleasantly surprised by this product. I normally buy essential oils undiluted because, well, it's undiluted. Was not expecting much due to frankincense being pricy and this seemed too good to be true. But....this is as good as, or better than my 5ml bottle and at MUCH lower price. Now I don't have to choose which issue I need to address....I can do them all!! I stubbed my pinkey toe this morning, broke it, and got the attendant purple bruising/pain. Rubbed some oil on the area, doused it with frank, and carried on with my day. Took my shoe off a few minutes ago, and the bruising has decreased at least 50%, still tender, and a little pain. I'm going to reapply tonight, wrap with gauze and saran wrap...it should be fine by morning...I LOVE EO's...and this one's a winner :-)

I bought this to see if it will help with a serious case of bursitis on my hip. It arrived very fast, and I chose this particular brand for the reviews of others. The oil I received smells horrible, it reminds me of motor oil. I have read that Frankincense is a yellowish green oil, this is clear. That is the down side. The up side is that when I applied it directly to the bursitis area on my hip there was nearly immediate results. The pain was lessened by about 70% within minutes. I think I will try another brand to see if it smells better than this. Before I used this product, I could barely walk the pain was so intense. After I applied it I was able to walk without too much pain and the limping was greatly reduced as well.

I love this Frankincesnse! I first love it because of the actual oil. I use it to make rollerball vials for my children for when they do their homework at home and then sometimes will roll it on them before leaving for school. I use Vetiver, lavender, cedarwood, and frankincense. The next great perk about this particular product is the included dropper. If you have ever use the smaller bottles with the hole at the top you will know what I am talking about. The dropper is a LIFE SAVER!!!! I don't waste any oil and I can do precise measurements in drops that I cannot do with the smaller bottles. The size of the product also gives me a sense of security that I will not run out of it anytime soon!
