We love to make homemade cannoli but the shells are very time consuming to make at home. So we now buy these shells pre-made and problem solved. They are very good. Sturdy, crunchy, hold up well to the filling. Flavor is just as it should be. No weird rancid oil taste that some have. Will buy again.

These are delicious! Only a few were broken. I wonder if the ones that were broken were because they were not handled with care during delivery. Texture is crunchy and crisp. They are so much better than local cannolis.Will order these again, if I make more cannolis.

Excellent but delayed shipping

Delivered very quickly. Packaged well. No broken shells. Highly recommend.

They arrived after we left for Christmas which was 2 days late. They were very thick hard to the point of hurting your teeth and they were all over cooked .Only reason I gave them an extra star was the packaging. But honestly they could have shipped in a burlap sack and not have broken they were that hard.

First off, our shipment of 48 large shells arrived carefully packaged, surrounded by bubble wrap, and undamaged. The only issue I have with packaging is that aside from a plastic bag surrounding the trays, repackaging is necessary to keep them fresh for an extended period of time.We served these filled with standard cannoli filling, as well as with sorbet from Talenti, surrounded by fresh blueberries. The shells were perfect for both. The shells filled with sorbet stayed crisp after several hours in the freezer, enabling pre-prep, a big advantage when hosting company.

I first thought these were too hard but I filled them and they stayed fresh for two days without getting soggy.
