Could i use this in an invisalign tray?

We recommend a tray for teeth whitening for best results or applying the gel direct to your teeth with a qtip or brush

Do you have to have to use it with the light?

The light is not required, the gel will whiten on its own. The light is used to speed up the process.

Do I need to buy the light for this to work?

No light this is a cleanser. You should prob. have a tray made for your teeth though. Or just buy a cheap one that fits your mouth, otherwise lots of bubbles will happen as it cleans your entire mouth, as opposed to just the teeth.

Will this gel whiten fillings? I have a couple on the front of my teeth, but unsure if it will whiten along with the teeth.
