Love this waffle maker . This is by far the best waffle maker I’ve ever had . Gets my waffles nice and crispy for my early mornings before I go to the gym .

I got this to replace a very old Cuisinart single waffle maker that had lost its non-stick ability. I'm just a single person that makes enough waffles for me and am not feeding a family. The first thing I noticed is this thing is big and makes a lot of waffles. One batch and I'm done. But it cooks them very nicely. Big, deep waffle pattern, even cooking, there is no temp control but it's always done when it says they're done. Love it. Definitely recommend. Two things I'm not thrilled about - as with most of these waffle makers, they aren't easy to clean, and this one is no different. I spend more time cleaning it than actually cooking. But I think that's par with non-removable grids. The only thing I question is the very flimsy latch that holds it closed. It's designed and built poorly and is always in the way. Since one nasty look and it would probably break off, I might just quicken it's demise. I have no reason to lock the two halves together while its nestled in the cupboard.

Heats up fast? Yes — faster than my kids when they hear “chocolate chips.” Crispy outside? Golden perfection. Easy cleanup? Wipes down easily (major win). Stick factor? Zero. We love a non-stick queen. Final verdict: 10/10. Weekend breakfast hero.

I would not buy this product or products from 4 Square Belgian Waffle Maker. The product does not work as advertised. Probably, better to buy this type of product locally; not via a third party business via Amazon. This product does not work as advertised.

Pretty good waffle maker. There are 2 reasons I only gave it 4 stars. First the top of the waffles do not cook as quick as the bottom so you get a crispy bottom but a soft top. Second it really needs a "waffles are ready light" so you don't have to sit there timing it. However once you figure the timing you can just have Alexa set a timer for you so... The light it does have is to let you know the plates are ready. This is probably mentioned in the description though and I just missed it so back to the first complaint. I do want to address the complaints being made about the non-removable plates. Well that was obvious to me from reading the description. I remember my dad making waffles in the 70's and removable plates were unheard-of and we definitely did not have a dishwasher. He hand cleaned it and it was spotless everytime. Here's a hint for cleaning use a dish brush that has been dampened and just a drop off dish soap then sit it on its side with a towel under it and use a very light spray of water to rinse (water spray bottles are very cheap) then let it sit and dry. The top does hold in the up position, according to a couple of people it doesn't but yes, it does. The first batch I made I used to much batter and it was a huge mess but it took me 10 minutes to clean the device and the counter. I really don't know why these people are complaining. Maybe just go to the Waffle House instead. Anyway I digress. I made pecan waffles and they are delicious. The waffle maker did its job. I made a big batch so I could freeze some. Waffles freeze great and they fit perfectly in my toaster for reheating. I'm including picture's of the waffles and the waffle maker after I cleaned it. I flipped a couple of them so it shows what I was talking about the bottom and tops. To sum up for a cheap waffle maker you can't go wrong here.

This was a great value ... for belgian waffles it's great !! But I bought it for leige waffles and the heat was not quite hot enough to melt the sugar without leaving it to cook longer and risk them drying . It also cracked the plastic on the handle due to the pressure of the steam from baking. But still usable and works just fine.. makes nice thick even belgian waffles for under 20 bucks !

Great waffle irons. These Get the job done well. I have made hundreds of waffles using two of these. The first job was my daughter's 12th birthday brunch where I made about 100 waffles. Then 2 days later I made about 220 for a mens grouo for chicken and waffles. Every time they have come out great.

I’ve been looking for an affordable, no mess true Belgian waffle maker for a few years now. I’ve tried different models and brands before buying this one by Bella. The waffle maker is heavy duty, with good construction and materials. I made a batch of perfect waffles on the first try, and have been making them consistently since. They come out as good as a more expensive waffle maker, like Breville. The 1400w plates heat up quickly and the temperature is just right for cooking the batter right through with a golden crust. Very happy and satisfied with this purchase.

Mejor de lo que esperaba. Quedaron muy ricos y doriaditos. Solo hay que aprender a calcular la cantidad de masa que se debe poner para evitar escurrimientos. Tamaño ideal para uso familiar Tarda tiempo adecuado en dejarlos listos Fácil de limpiar siempre y cuando no se escurra la masa, por ello sugiero cuidar que quede a 3/4 Solo la he usadi 1 vez, veremos con el tiempo la calidad del poducto.

I bought this one because it has higher wattage and so cooks the food more efficiently and to a better crispness for me. It may cost more but it is worth it.

Es bastante difícil de usar y para la pimpieza una batalla total. Aún usa do su recetario para la preparación de la mezcla.
