It took a while to get the debree attachment on, but other than that the setup was pretty intuitive. I had to use the extra extenders to get the window insert leveled (my window has space underneath), but all in all I'm very satisifed. The sealing tape was an unexpected surprise, but I'm incredibly thankful for it. Not only is everything secure, but now my air conditioner is blowing out more air than it was before. I'm really glad I bought the new attachment. If you look at the last picture, that's what happened to the last one.........it randomly started to fall apart. Hence me buying this product. Once again. It was really worth it.

Unlike others, my kit DID come with directions! But like others, mine as missing the piece that connects the hose to the air conditioner. Thankfully, I still had my old, broken hose, and I was able to take the piece off of it and force it onto the new one--it wasn't perfect, but it'll do. I appreciated that they provided tape, as my windows are poorly designed for these sorts of air conditioners and hence I had to do some magic to make sure it stayed in place. Still, if you are looking for most of these items, it's a good value!

I honestly didn’t think there was a solution to the hose constantly falling out. I ordered and installed this and it been sturdy and holding on without any wiggling or falling off for 2 months now. Installation was easy. The only part that I was unsure of was how to get the nozzle stuck in the plastic part. Once you push it in, SLIDE it over and that’s how to lock it in place. 10/10 recommend.

Excellent replacement kit. We found ourselves without air conditioning in the desert. 🌵 a friend had a portable air conditioner but had broken a key part. Ordered this product and it fit perfectly.

I'm an old woman so nothing is easy for me. I got it all put together, but it was a struggle. If you are able bodied it would be great for you.

Well to be totally honest the whole kit sucks luckily all I need was the hose and took the old parts from my old hose kit and swapped them with the original parts I did need to use the extension stuff for my window because the original didn't have the full length to fit my window but since I already have the original up on the window already with a wooden slab my dad cut for me to extend it I thought I use that since it was already setup plus the hose that came with kit the one that connects to the window slide doesnt have a locking mechanism like my original part does so that why I just used the original and its really sad that it didnt come with instructions very upset about that but luckily it was only 17$ I still have warranty for the ac for parts till 2028 but I was really hoping to use the whole kit but I shouldnt have to use tape to air seal it tight its kinda dumb but oh I have a new hose since mine was disintegrating so but yeah but they would of gotten a 5 star if it came with instructions but oh well and also if it had the locking mechanism for the part that goes to the window like my original it maybe 3-4 star but nope so oh well did work well with old parts so thats a good thing but good luck to everyone else would I buy again not sure maybe just for the hose or maybe I'll try to use the parts I have for the future but sure so be aware and trust me I never leave reviews but this one truly bugged me especially cause of no instructions so good luck company cause it doesn't matter if it is super easy to setup should always send instructions!

I fits my old air condition, easy connect to window. Dont fall..love it. Older connect always falled not works. So happy, easy connect, works great!!

This item arrived quite fast, was packaged good and contained all the pieces. The materials are of a strong plastic that feels sturdy and reliable so should last quite long with sensible care. No instructions come with it, but luckily I thought to check out it's images on here, which were all I needed to figure it out. All-in-all, its well worth buying and is exactly as advertised, BUT.... you will still need a way to fasten the window panels to your window frame (I used an inexpensive metal L bracket I just happened to have on hand) and this entire set would be vastly better and utterly complete if it included a (removable) coupler/connector attached to the other end of the exhaust hose to connect to the portable A/C unit in case you needed one, so one could replace all such parts in ONE EASY ORDER!! (Hint, Hint To Sellers :)

Easy to install, (took only minutes, even with NO instructions). Exactly what I needed. Quality is the same as when the ac was new.

Window kit fit perfect for my LG portable air conditioner. Really like the adjustability! No need to cut.
