I've been taking this for years. It's backed by scientific studies. However, when I stopped for 6 months, I did not see any difference. Don't know if I'll continue. ConsumerLab has tested it for quality, lack of heavy metals, purity, etc. and it passes. Most cocoa, especially dark chocolate, contains cadmium, a harmful heavy metal taken up from the soil. I’m 76 and sometimes worried of memory loss. I’m hoping CocoaVia rich in flavonoids will contribute to my brain health. At the moment I feel more energized, could be the caffeine.
