Spearmint tea is really good and tasteful. I live the smell. I have pcos and this tea has helped to reduce facial hair.

I love warm Spearmint tea and it is the only hot tea I can drink. I will have a cup just because it has such a great taste, but it is my go-to for an upset stomach....helps to settle it every time. I bought this tea because it was recommended by my dermatologist for hormonal acne, as spearmint is a natural androgen inhibitor (read up on the effects yourself before consuming a lot of this, as I was drinking a cup a day and it shifted my cycle alongside helping my skin). The tea is very nice though, faintly sweet and packaging is cute.

I do not like minty tea. I am a black and green tea person, and that's it. But I decided to give this tea a shot because I've heard it helps with hormonal acne around the chin. And does it ever! I've been drinking this once a day (I use the tea bag twice) and the cysts I used to feel under the skin on my chin have almost completely disappeared. I have a couple new pimples here and there, but none of the painful cysts I used to get. I am pairing this tea with a benzoyl peroxide topical treatment, so I'm not sure if it's the BP or the tea that's working (or the pair together?) but I'm loving the results. And the minty-ness of this tea isn't too terrible at all. I'm growing to like it, and can definitely put up with it for the skin results I'm seeing. Try it out!
