I add this to my dog's food to aid her digestion. Containers are the right size to add a small amount of pumpkin to her food.

I've been using this for a few years to add pumpkin to cats cans. I have one boy who gets, um, backed up. So I put about 1/2 tsp in each serving to keep him regular.None of my 4 cats ever care and eat every last drop.I wish too there was a lid or even better if it came in a pouch! I'd love to have pumpkin only in a pouch to make dispensing easier... looking at you Gerber 👀

Makes life easier. The purée is a lot easier the chopping or grating the potatoes. A real time saver for me.

I don’t buy these for a baby, but I get them for myself (I’m an adult woman) because I there is very little food that I can currently eat (my main daily nutrition comes through an IV in the form of TPN), and on the days when I am able to ‘eat’ anything at all, I can usually only handle a small teacup-sized serving, and it must be a very thin, smoothie-sized textured food. It’s difficult to find ‘foods’ like this that have good flavor, but I’ve discovered that baby food very nicely fits this bill! Gerber is actually the only brand I’ve found which currently makes peas, and they do it very well. Sometimes baby veggies can be a craps shoot, because if they’re not done right they can lose a lot of their flavor and they'll end up tasting like a very pale, boiled and stewed reflection of what they should be. Gerber’s baby peas are not like this at all! They just taste very fresh and green, like someone just picked them yesterday and dropped them in a blender. I always wish I could handle eating more food whenever I eat these because they taste so good! If I were a baby, this would be that food that’s so delicious I’d forgo utensils and just smear it all over my upper body in my haste to get it in my mouth, that’s how good it tastes!

I had been searching for small containers of pumpkin for my dog. She really does well with a spoon of pumpkin added to her meals but she's only 17lbs so she only needs a tablespoon or so at most per meal. When I would buy a can it would go bad before we used it all. I tried freezing it, but that is just a pain.These little tubs are the perfect size. The only thing I do not like is that they are not in glass jars with a lid. Plus I hate giving my dog(or me) stuff packaged in plastic. I take it out of the container and transfer it to a glass storage container once opened but it would be nice if it came in a glass babyfood jar with a lid. Sine most of the people buying this are buying for small dogs and cats it would make sense if gerber put it in their glass jars instead of these plastic tubs. Even the squeeze tubes would be easier.Anyway great product, works well to keep things going smoothly and not having to wipe nasty stuff off her behind when she goes to the bathroom.Thanks for reading my review
