This Barbie has the original hair style as the one with the swimsuit that was designed in the fifties with a ponytail. It is pulled to the side. Her accessories are very pretty and so is her gown. I have another Barbie in a different outfit with the same features and my little great niece took her hair down so it flows down her back. The problem with taking the ponytail down is there's a lot of hair to contend with and control!
