Only gave 4 stars due to some of the "wood" on the table top being a little scratched off & some white marks showing through. Other than that, this set is absolutely beautiful! Chairs are very comfortable & sturdy. Love the huge umbrella. Would recommend!

After receiving this outdoortable and chair set with an umbrella, I quickly installed it under the guidance of the installation instructions. The assembled set was placed in my backyard, looking so beautiful andstylish, becoming a garden decoration. The first reason I chose this table and chair set is that it comes with a sunshade umbrella. With it, you can sit in thegarden and chat with friends, drink tea, and enjoy the wonderful time with family and friends on summer or rainy days. In addition, as introduced by the seller on the product details page, both the table and chair are made of metal frames and have unique craftsmanship on the surface, giving them rust resistant properties that can be used in multiple scenarios. Of course, if you want to use it for a longer time, I suggest using it as little as possible on rainy days to avoid reducing its lifespan.

So far we like the set but it is smaller than our last. Shorter arm height than we had and smaller table. Double check the dimensions you want before buying. Have lots of fun with chair assembly.

Although I initially received a PHI VILLA set which prompted me to initiate a return, later discovering that SOPHIA & WILLIAM is the same as PHI VILLA (same factory). Now that my initial skepticism has abated, I really like the set. It took me about 20 minutes to assemble each chair. Less to assemble the table. The chairs are comfortable and appear very durable. I would purchase this set again.

OK, I admit I'm spoiled. We had our previous deck table, umbrella & chairs for over 15 years. They are finally showing signs of wear although still usable. We decided to update our set after replacing our deck. This set looked good online but once received and assembled, it's NOT up to our admittedly high standards based on our past experience. I doubt this set will last 5 years in our harsh Minnesota climate. The umbrella looks and feels a bit frail. The chair feet are breaking off left and right as we move the chairs on the deck. The "feet" are too small to handle the crevices between the boards on the deck. I've replaced about half of them already with much wider gliding feet that can withstand the movement. Finally, the chairs are comfortable but after a rain the rust is leaking out of the frames and onto the deck. We never had any rust of any kind leaking from our previous set. I'm afraid this rust will continue until they rust out altogether... I will look for a better set in 5 years or less... Sorry!

From ordering to finished product this was one of the best purchases we have made. The set was delivered in 5 boxes all of which arrived early than originally indicated. Everything was packed separately, table, umbrella and 2 chairs to a box.Put together the table first and everything fit and lined up perfectly. They provided on extra of the hardware pieces but didn’t need them. The first chair took about 30 minutes but after that each of the other ones took around 15 minutes each. Learning from the first one, I moved to a countertop where I could put the base down and then install the sides and back sections easily with it sitting on a box higher enough for the sides and back to hang down. Put all the screws in but didn’t tighten any up until it was all put together. This process made it extremely easy! The umbrella fit right in and is extremely sturdy.The set is very solid and looks great.Recently, we had an issue that the rope for opening & closing the umbrella broke. Contacted the seller who requested pictures. Following day they agreed to replace the umbrella. It was temporary out of stock and we were told 30 days. The rep kept in contact with us and they delivered within 15 days. The issue is resolved and the customer service we received was exceptional!!!!

Delivery was on time, chairs were packaged great, assembly was easy, directions were very good, they are not only beautiful but also comfortable. The table is beautiful and the umbrella is large and provide great shade when in the patio. really good products for every day use
