Does it Work? My 2cent. 1 Year Update: IT DOES
1 year Update: Still using Nisus Nibor D in my small-ish apt about every 4 or 5 weeks or so. 1 year ago, I was living a miserable existence. I can honestly say the last 11 months have been so much better. Now, if I should happen to see one of those nasty things, I really just laugh, knowing it's a nomad and I know that it knows it made a horrible wrong turn into my apt. I'll quickly add, my weapon-chest included using DE, diatomaceous earth first, behind switch plates, under sinks, everywhere. I started buying bulk Bay Leaves, bulk cloves. I spread bay leaves liberally, closets, under bed, sofa, under sinks, in cabinets, behind appliances. They don't crumble up and easy to clean up and switch out. With the cloves, instead of boiling and using to spray (combined with bay leaves it leaves a dirty looking residue), I do this: i use a 2 cup coffee maker....I boil water with about 30-40 cloves each morning, I crumple up several bay leaves and put in coffee pot, after cloves /water mixture turns brown, pour it over leaves and simply let it sit on warmer plate all day. I do this daily. As my water boils and coffee percolates, I put about 15 drops of pure peppermint oil in water/diffuser. Then, every few weeks, i mix up nisus nibor D and spray everywhere, even on carpet. Then mop. I've seen less than 10 transient roaches over the last 11 months. I'm ecstatic. Especially in that I continue to hear horror stories from neighbors. During Christmas, I was out of pocket several days, a week, post surgery. We had to run by and pick up granddaughter's gift and I was amazed, and son agreed, the apt had a very nice smell to it, a week after none of the above. Note, you can get great deals on bulk bay leaves and cloves on Amazon. UPDATE: After all the below, I'm absolutely certain Nibor D works and works well. Although I'm sure DE works, and I'm sure the Bay Leaves everywhere and the cloves scent are natural repellants, the fact is, I'd use Nibor D alone in place of them all. So much so, I purchased my 2nd bucket in the event prices go higher. This is how I do it: I mix 2 level scoops that comes with product, slowly mix into 1 and 1/2 gallon water in mop bucket. I then fill a spray bottle 2 or 3 times and spray everywhere. Everywhere. Feeling my way along, I do this once every 6 weeks. The rest is used to mop with. Sadly, I was living with bugs, mainly german roaches and one other little ugly thing, they were everywhere. Now, I do NOT have a bug problem. Color me sold on this product. Capsule: Old, old apt building. Pests everywhere, german variety. Company hires cheapest most ineffective pest control known to man. Being a do-it-yourself-er, I spent a couple weeks researching how to attack german roaches, both natural repellants and insecticide. They were so bad, you know the story. Never sleep with the lights off, crawling up your legs like they pay rent. First, being familiar with DE, Diatomaceous Earth for over 40 years, I boxed everything up, dusted thoroughly everywhere. Took every single switch-plate off, dusted thoroughly. As I did so, I used another amazon purchase, the huge 8oz container of Bay Leaves and not only put some of those behind plates, I spread liberally throughout the apt. Everywhere. First off, they repel for up to a year. Cabinets, closets, under bed, sofa, everywhere. My next attack featured 2 natural repellants, cloves and pure essence of peppermint. This really sends the message you're not welcome. Not only do I use the cloves and bay leaves to create a spray I use in all those areas under sinks, stoves, fridge, bathroom, I alternate between cloves with bay leaves and peppermint every other day in my diffuser-a 2 cup coffee pot-I'm cheap. Another natural weapon, I mix equally borax and powdered sugar and sprinkle it around wherever needed, especially around drains. Finally, I've been using Nisus Nibor D for mopping and spraying carpet, spraying all those areas, crevices, everywhere, once weekly and guess what? Something in this laymen's attack is working. ...and working well. I could count on 2 hands how many roaches I've seen over the course of 3 weeks. Most of those were nestled into places and just coming out, only to realize this area isn't very welcoming. The few I've seen, they're out of sorts and i just laugh at them, knowing their demise is imminent. Oh, psychologically I'm still damaged, still seeing roaches in my peripherals (that aren't there), still jumping thinking one is on my leg (not there), but all in all, I'm extremely pleased with my efforts and the results. Happy Bugging!

Works to eliminate pests for good!
A very unfortunate thing happened to us last summer. Someone brought over boxes for a garage sale and forgot to mention they were infested with cockroaches. If you know how cockroaches roll, you won’t be surprised to learn that we inherited a cockroach problem in our house. We tried cockroach houses and bug spray along the baseboards. We have a toddler with sensitive skin and really didn’t want to go the bug bomb route. We had also heard that bug bombs only work for a time and then cockroaches love to come back. Well I prayed to sweet Jesus to give us a way to get rid of our little unwelcome friends for good and I came across a video that suggested drilling holes in the wall and spraying this product into the inside of the walls and behind the appliances. I know this sounds CRAZY but I was desperate to get rid of the pests. Sooo I proceeded to apply this powder to the inside of our walls and under or fridge, stove, and dishwasher. We also used IGRs to keep the bugs from reproducing. Well this process worked. We have been bug free for a year and a half! We haven’t had to bomb the house or use a pest control company. We eliminated the pest without having to pay hundreds of dollars every few months. I would HIGHLY recommend this insecticide for eliminating pests for good!

An incredible product
I’m not going to lie, I moved into my current home as a renter a year and a half ago and unfortunately, I’m in a duplex and my neighbors don’t seem as cleanly as my wife and I are. Needless to say, I started seeing cockroaches of the German persuasion. Nothing that we did would get rid of these things. We tried combat. There was also some other growth regulators and chemicals to stop them from eating that we started using and it just seemed like nothing worked. I went onto YouTube. I found a video where a pest control guy had swore up and down about Niebor D and I swear on everything that is holy, this stuff is incredible. The trick is to get all of your baseboards spray any cracks open up all of your light switches and your outlets and spray it in there. Don’t be surprised you’re going to see major traffic of insects after you do this because they’re not going to have any place to go. They will end up on your floor at Night, but my suggestion is just vacuum them up. It has been a couple of months since I bought this stuff and I have not seen a single roach since. This is nontoxic I would not recommend breathing it in, but it’s not gonna hurt you but it wrecks roaches. Good luck on your journey. I assure you this stuff will be a game changer. Just look up some videos online on how to use it and it will change the game completely.

Worked very well
After 2 years of battling with german cockroaches I bought this in the hopes that this might do it. I am very happy to report that this helped so much. I put some in a spray bottle mixed with water and sprayed area's that I commonly see them I did this every time I cleaned and I also sprinkled the power around under beds, in small cracks and behind couches. It took about 2 weeks but then I started to see a drastic decrease in the amount of cockroaches. It does take some time to work because from what I understand is it starves them to death so it's not right away that you will see a difference but this is something I now do as a preventive measure to help keep them away.

After Hurricane Ian and Two Years of Chaos… This Combo Finally Worked
After Hurricane Ian left us without power for two weeks — and then living in what basically looked like a construction zone/storage unit for two years while we rebuilt, painted, and tried to get life back together — we ended up with German cockroaches. Not exactly the souvenir I wanted. I went down the research rabbit hole: online articles, YouTube deep dives, the whole thing. I ended up using a combo of Boractin, Maxforce FC Roach Gel, Nibor‑D, and Temprid FX, following the placement tips from the videos. Three months later, they were gone. No drama, no mystery, no “why isn’t this working” spiral. Just steady progress until one day I realized I hadn’t seen a single roach in weeks. Each product played its part, and using them together made the difference. Easy, straightforward, and honestly a huge relief after everything we’d been through. I don’t hand out praise lightly, but this combo did exactly what I needed.

Winner! Winner! No more bugs
I hate that I had to purchase this, but now I won’t purchase anything else. I’ve tried so many other products to eliminate my bug problem and they would knock the infestation down and then it just didn’t work anymore. This has proven to be the best solution for not only knocking them down but I’ve noticed every week I see less and less til there’s only 1-2 spotted and they’re mainly in the kitchen. I do mix an IGR with it and use bait. But here’s the thing I like about this: it can be used as a spray or you could use it to mop with. That was the game changer for me. There was no smell or residue left behind. Not only did it get rid of roaches, but a host of other bugs like ants that plague my home. I give this a 10/10.

Worth its weight in GOLD!!!
I moved into an apartment that had German Roaches. You don't see em when the apartment is empty and you aren't thinking to look for roach poop on an apartment tour...Life lesson #1 learned. These suckers are THE WORST!!...NO roach spray/home defense etc or roach baits/gels made a difference....I found a YouTube video by a professional that advised Nibor-D and putting Gentrol stations in all areas you see signs of activity... You put the Nibor-D powder in any areas like under fridge or cabinets they scurry under. The real magic is mixing a solution in a mop bucket and also a spray bottle..Mop floors with the solution and spray down counters once a week..You also lightly spray down carpets.... This is non toxic to pets from what I researched but I am not an expert so if you have concerns do your own research... My small dog had no issues..(only took 2 weeks for me) .. You also need to buy Gentrol and put that in any areas you see a lot of roach poop...after having been tormented by these horrible pests for a year + they finally disappeared. They slowly start to look different and can't reproduce which is what the Gentrol does. Nibor-D kills them off.
