This was an experiment I was attempting, just to add a few table spoon to my morning smoothies. Of course, the taste comes with the quantity you use but even so, if you want to see results you need to add a little bit more. In my case the experiment was successful, I could feel the difference in my bloodwork and in my overall health. If you're not a big fan of beets, I suggest to add a little bit more gradually until you get accustomed to the taste. That's how I got through it. The only way to find out is to try it for yourself!!!

This is an excellent product. I buy it regularly. It is fantastic for improving, athletic performance. I highly recommend it. It is so much better than the beet powders.
