**updated review** I was disappointed with the original purchase. That said, the customer service received is beyond amazing. The company sent me a replacement, and a very kind note. The replacement and items were absolutely adorable, and I was so impressed that they went above and beyond to "make it right." I recommend these folks to everyone, and it's such a unique and beautiful treasure to those that love bicycles. I have told many friends about this company, and will continue to promote it. Thank you!!!!!(Original Review)I've had great experiences with Amazon. This was the worst. Was very excited to get this unique pendant. Don't think the pendant is actual silver, but is very cute. The chain was tarnished to black in some spots. To top it off, it was knotted twice just below the clasp. Couldn't even get them out to try on (not that I wanted to at that point). Total bummer. Was really looking forward to this.

I love the pendant, but the chain was useless. The chain was so tarnished I had to throw it away.
