This is just great for any rice dish. I like to have cooked rice and cooked quinoa on hand. Then take pan and dice up variety of vegetables and cook in pan then add the rice and quinoa and stir together. Very quick meal and just add some canned or roasted chicken or egg or even Spam chunks into the rice. Then season with this and it is a great tasting meal. I know Spam is questionable but sometimes I just crave that weird salty stuff. I first cook it in separate little fry pan after cutting in little chunks. Haven't found the person who can resist it yet.

I ordered this to try to limit my salt intake. It tastes delicious and helps to lower the amount of salt I use. Used it for seasoning salads, fish, and chicken... plenty of ways to use it.

Great, BUT seeds aren't grinded

I personally like the seeds more roasted (more flavour). More grinding and more salt. Not enough flavor for me. I emptied the seeds in a bowl and did some more grinding I just like a more robust Gomasio
