Whey - Madagascan Vanilla

The best protein powder i have had it tastes lovely and no artificial taste i loved the vanilla bean in it it makes it taste lovely n natural i would recommend this to anyone no nasties in it either thats what appealed to me.

I am used to having no frills vanilla protein powder from different brands. This does have noticeable flavour boost on offer. The powder appears grainy, though look closer and its the vanilla seeds/pods being left within the mix. I found the taste to be a touch too sweet, even when mixing the recommendation on the packet which is 30g to 200ml. The consistency wasn't lumpy and easy to digest with water. I did find the gourmet blended ingredients leave traces of bits in the shaker. Given it has a mix of micellar casein, whey and egg white you get quite a lot in a single packet and it takes out the "How much I need of each" for those who just want something to get them going. I took this as a pre-workout and usually some mixes don't feel too good. Happy to say this didn't give me any problems during and post workout. The packet states 500g. I weiged it and actually found it to have 515g. Perhaps could be the packaging which may makeup the extra 15g. Though otherwise its spot on. Be advised the tear away strip is better cut with scissors than by hand.

Tastes better than Myprotein, Ghost, PhD protein powders. The only reason I still buy other brands is the price. If you can afford it I recommend.

This is a really good protein shake, full of goodness an amazing taste and it keeps hunger away for ages, I’ve managed to have this mid morning and then have a high carb dinner and there is no need for snacks.

I do not recommend this protein powder Value for money is extremely poor at £8 per 100g (£40 for 500g!), of which only 64% of that is protein and mostly lower quality whey concentrate . For comparison the top tier premium protein powders with 100% isolate are £4 per 100g with near 80% protein. claims to be "keto" but has high carbohydrate sources such as date powder and apple fruit powder (6g of carbs per 30g serving) mixes very badly even in a proper blender and tastes poor, it's a real disappointment and you'd expect better for this price. Maybe I was sent a bad batch. Finally they cheaped out and didn't include a scoop to measure the 30g serving, company claim to be against plastic yet the powder is in a single use plastic bag.

Great taste, love the health benefits and the slow release of protein over 7 hours, that is a real plus point. I have mixed with milk and it mixes into a lovely smooth drink. Will definitely be buying again. Value for money as 16 servings per pack.

This protein powder has a lovely, natural vanilla flavour and it doesn't have the weird, off-putting aftertaste a lot of protein powders have. I've tried it using both water and milk and although I preferred the creamier taste of it when made with milk, they're both pretty tasty. I can also add this to some of my favourite smoothie recipes without it overpowering the other ingredients. I like that this protein powder has quality ingredients, is organic and uses minimal packaging. It is a little on the deer side but on a par with other high-quality gluten-free organic protein powders.
