Worth the money.
Best i have found, my child has PCOS and high magnesium is needed to help. It is really hard to find this level of glycinate in any other mixed vitamin.

My favourite brand.
I think that it's impossible to review supplements, vitamins etc, because based on what? So I don't. But in fairness to Superself I can honestly say that I buy their Magnesium Glycinate with Zinc and Vit B6 over and over again. If I try another brand I'm always a bit disappointed so I go back to this one time and again. I now have back up bottles. I just really like it. I think that I feel better and more energised when I'm taking it than when I'm not taking it. I think it's really good.

Jury is still out
Seems to be working but hard to ascertain as all my other habbits have changed for the better that could assisting. My PT recommend this product need to investigate further
