I love ashawaganda and feel the tinctures are more effective. This one is excellent. I take it at night to help me sleep. And sometimes I take it when I feel anxious….it works.

This product works wonder. It really relaxes me especially after a long day. I have bought other bands before but this has me hooked. It does have a pleasant taste as wall. This quality is superb ... I love it, I will continue to but this item.

I have tried a few different brands and this one is not my favorite. It's ok and if it's on sale I would consider buying it again, but the taste seems off to me. I like the taste of ashwagandha and this almost tastes old or expired, but it's not according to the bottle.

Life Changing!
I absolutely hate the taste but this genuinely works! So I will take it any and everyday regardless! Inexpensive and working exceedingly well to balance out my hormones and lower my stress level. I’ve found drinking it in hot tea helps with drowning out the flavor.
