Bought for postpartum core work
Great for core exercises postpartum. Only downside is that itโs hard to keep air in for a long period of time.

PT Ball
My daughter was in physical therapy, and now that she's done, I have her continue some of the same exercises at home. This ball has been useful for hip stability exercises. It's soft, has a good grip, and has so far been durable (she squeezes the ball between her knees for one of her exercises, and it has held up). It comes with a "straw" that is used to help you blow up and inflate the ball, which was fairly easy to do. I've kept in on hand for when the ball starts to deflate in the future, as is expected with exercise balls.
