Becoming Supernatural

Very much enjoy Joe's books, speeches, etc.

I had (past tense!) a chronic disease and wanted to come off drug. Seven years into drug therapy I was forced off drug due to the side effects of toxicity, heart problems, pancreatitis and risk of sudden death. Cue meltdown! And then somebody mentioned Dr Joe Dispenza. I am still reading this book and keep getting interrupted by switching to YouTube videos of his interviews and astonishing student testimonials. Inspired, I found Blessings of the Energy Centres Meditation. I've also searched for others and given them a go. I do 'the work' every day. Doubt does set in but then I simply watch another testimonial to be re-inspired. There were some whacky "synchonicities" that came along in my life which I took as positive signs. Three months off drug I'm remaining in remission and very healthy. Will continue doing the work and when out of 'lockdown' want to do a workshop. So inspired I bought a paperback for a relative who is also having difficult health issues. Dr Joe is amazing!

I have the paperback book and the pages are high quality paper, the book is really thick and to be honest I'd have payed double the price if I knew what I was receiving. Excellent and I've just started reading, but I know through his work I'm already aware of and by what I've read so far, this book is going to be an excellent one to look back to and be used to implement change in my life. I've already been through a transformation and I think this book is a valuable bonus to my journey. Really surprised how thick the book is and the quality of it. Look forward to reading it. We all love bargains but this is one book I'd have paid more for. Love a good quality book with content that has just as much quality.

This book is a well orchestrated advertisement for Dr Joe Dispenza to sell you this £25 meditations and incredibly expensive workshops.The book could of been half the size but the author insists on going on these elaborate neurological concepts which the average reader would not understand, he’s clearly over intellectualising spirituality to make the reader feel insecure and inferior to his vast knowledge that they have no other option to be saved by him and become a paying customer.I will say some of the concepts and findings in this book are interesting but not original or anything I haven’t read before.I couldn’t wait to finish this book. Never again.

The content of the book was brilliant but feels a bit of a scam having to pay that amount extra for the meditations, it’s not even a small amount it’s a full 17x the price of the book to get what you need.

Not really what I was expecting but then the author does state it’s a leap of faith and goes against the normal writings. I am a massive fan of Joe Dispenza and his amazing, groundbreaking teachings on a spiritual and scientific basis.I just can’t get into this book though...I’ll try reading it again when I can skip some of the stories of the things these inspirational people have done. Having had my own battles with four different cancers in 20yrs, I find it hard reading others struggles as it’s upsetting which is probably why I’m struggling to get into it.
