Only 4 stars NOT for it's workability but a great Iron but the cord is way too short and that is why it's lost a star from 5 stars. Irons really really well though. Had a Philips before so I knew these guys are good.

Unless you are familiar with voltage specifications and where to seek out the information, you wouldn’t otherwise realise this isn’t compatible with Australian outlets. Strange the seller ships to Australia given this is the case.
