Hi, it's kids tactical vest, I'm afraid it is not suitable for a 5’8 male

Will it fit a 5'1" 82 lb male?

Yes it will my son is 4ft and 46 lbs I got this for him and his 14 year old brother can wear it. It’s adjustable so it will work

Will it fit a 4'10" 90 pound male?

Probably not, its meant for kids 4'7" and under but if you are quite slim then it might work.
