I read the reviews after ordering, and felt I’d made a mistake judging by the constant complaints about the flavour not lasting. I prepared myself for the disappointment and there is absolutely nothing wrong with this gum at all! (I ordered the Spearmint flavour.) The flavour is refreshing, I can feel the spearmint going all the way down to my stomach, and it lasts and lasts for me, so I am happy, having read the benefits of xylitol and seeing it recommended by YouTube dentists like Dr Ellie. I definitely recommend this flavour and will be buying more in the future. 165 pieces should last me a while as I am using the recommended 5 a day. Love the fact they contain no Aspartame! One other thing that I have seen repeatedly complained about is the fact that people are expecting the gum to be made of 100% xylitol! If the ingredients were 100% xylitol, it wouldn’t be gum, it would just be xylitol crystals! The 100% they are referring to is the sugars, no added sweeteners, just 100% xylitol! The xylitol makes up 67% of the total ingredients, which is good news as the dentists recommend 66% / 67% strength. Don’t complain about genuine products made by genuine manufacturers. Use your common sense.

Its totally xylitol with no added sodium. Suitable for one that's make tummy gas . One that suits me .

Very tasty

Bought them for health benefits but the flavour disappears so quickly and tastes like crap in like 30 seconds or less. Wouldn’t recommend using as a regular gum.

The flavour s nice but it doesn't last very long. I prefer the mints to the gum.

Bought these for my kids as the practising mewing and correct chewing. So far very happy with it. It doesn't have sugar in it so more safe option for a teeth. Good size, so 1 is enough for a child. Taste doesn't last long, but for 5 mins exercise is very good. Very good for chewing practise. Good resealable bag. Will be trying other tastes too.

Very good gum natural and the amount is huge it will last

I am very satified with this gum. After chewing it for a month I can tell a difference with my teeth. I have one tooth that is normally sensitive but after chewing the gum (1 or 2 pieces) every evening after dinner my tooth feels better and less sensitive. The taste of the gum is also refreshing though if you chew it for many hours it can get a bit sticky. But for normal chewing it's fine, not sticky and the dental health benefit with the xylitol is the main reason i love it, i have even repurchased a huge amount of it.

Chicles de muy buena calidad. El sabor a menta es fresco y agradable, no resulta demasiado fuerte y duran bastante. Me gusta que sean sin azúcar y una alternativa más saludable para el día a día.

Unfortunately, I only received one pouch of the gum instead of the full pack. Would have been 5 stars otherwise. The gum is great quality and I highly recommend it if you can buy it elsewhere, just not here.
