These running shoes are quite cheap and you get exactly what you pay for!They are surprisingly well finished but there is virtually no midsole allowing far too much twist in the shoe. The rear and fronter outer sole are far too soft and will wear very quickly.Definitely not suitable for running - you would be better in flip-flops!

Bought these in a hurry, and realised immediately i had made a mistake. Reminds me of the cheap £5 water shoes you get at the beach shops. No arch support and the insoles had gone flat even though I haven't walked far in them let alone ran. Gave them another shot at work on Monday and came home with Achilles pain and the soles of my feet felt they had been hit repeatedly with a hammer . Went back to a worn out pair of my old trainers the next a no pain whatsoever.

These trainers are heavy!All they do is give me painful calf cramps I have put mine straight in the bin.Waste of money.

Poor soles
