Why is this product only 1 box of 12, when it used to be 4 boxes of 12?

It should be 4 boxes. I also received just one and spoke to customer services who confirmed it should be 4 boxes. They reissued the order and have flagged the issue for investigation as this has happened to me twice. If you only get 1 box, click on the Customer Services section!

When will I receive my refund?

Hello there . If i get a refund for whatever reason i normally get an email from amazon stating 5 to 7 working days and quite often find refunded in 3 days .. i hope you got your refund.

You have to mash it up with a fork, not just empty the sachet. Break it up and mix together with fork so the meat pieces are spread amongst the jelly evenly. I do this with all food brands 😸

Can we buy a poultry and fish selection together as you now have a minimum buy of two is this a option?

I don't think they do mixed packs in Sheba, you might have to buy a pack of each

Das Multipack von SHEBA Fresh & Fine ist bei meinen Katzen ein voller Erfolg. Schon beim Öffnen der Portionsbeutel sind sie sofort interessiert und fressen alle Sorten sehr gerne. Die Portionsgröße finde ich praktisch, da nichts lange offen herumsteht und jede Mahlzeit frisch serviert werden kann. Die Beutel lassen sich einfach öffnen und der Inhalt sieht appetitlich aus. Besonders positiv finde ich die Abwechslung durch die verschiedenen Sorten – so kommt etwas Vielfalt in den Napf. Die Verträglichkeit war bei meinen Katzen ebenfalls gut. Alles in allem ein Futter, das hier sehr gerne angenommen wird und definitiv wieder im Einkaufswagen landen würde.“ Das klingt nach echter Erfahrung und nicht wie Werbung – genau die Richtung, die für Vine hilfreicher wirkt.
