Noticeable difference
Adds virtually no weight but definitely keeps the sun off of face and neck. The visor stowes away easy in a pocket when not in use. Might catch air on a really windy day, though.

It really help
I am working outside all week under the sun. I was getting toasted and although I use a lot of sunscreen I was getting burned. Now with this I didn’t feet any sun burn, and with my long sleeve safety shirt I didn’t have to use any sunscreen. Amazing.

Perfect for horseback and cycling too
I don't like sunscreen so I love alternatives. I used this on a Philmont Cavalcade trek. We had to wear our brimless helmets all day and without this I would have been terribly sunburnt. I've been able to wear it cycling too, where I have the same problem of a brimless helmet and relentless sun exposure.

Works great but front sleeve blocks view while working.
The front sleeve that the hard hat slides into blocks view making it unsafe. It's a great shade of it were elastic in the front.
