Does Sellstrom make replacement silicone ear pods for these? The band is fine but the foam ear pods got dirty quickly on mine and don't wash well.

Not sure if sellstrom sales the silicone for the band . However, I found in the search bar, put - "quality plugs" and it comes up with silicone plugs with the band..

I have small ear canals.. Will they fit?

They fit my small ear canals. The plugs themselves are soft foam and can briefly be molded if you want a more snug fit. I just let them rest on my ears and adjust their angles; after that they "seat" themselves in nicely. The snugness from the band becomes noticeable after 30 minutes or so but not any more than other banded ear plugs I have worn. I am a fan of these :) Also, the plastic band is thicker/more durable than most bands I worn. This has a nice side effect of not making such a jarring noise in your head when you accidentally tap the plastic band.
