I don't often review on Amazon but this device has been amazing for my protruding disc. I have been suffering for over a year with cervical radiculopathy from a c5 c6 disc protrusion. This device gives instant relief to the symptoms. I have used it slightly different than advised. I have found if you lay on your back with knees bent at 90, place the device base of skull it so it hooks the occipital area, then lower legs flat. Lowering the legs stretches body provides enough traction to pull gently on neck.

I'm sorry to say but the people critisising this item for it's small size, must be using it very incorrectly. It is for your NECK. Unless these people have massive necks, I don't understand why they think this is a child's size. Children don't tend to have things like even made for them. There is even a video on the item page showing you how to use it - with an adult human female! It relieves so much pressure in my neck, and along with stretches and foam rolling, is going to be a good piece of kit for me in my neck-hump reversal. Please don't be put off by the reviews written by people who haven't got a clue what they're doing.

Rather small, only used it for one exercise session and not helpful. The additional pad waste of time so I purchased a more useful model.

My chiropractor recommended this for me to use at home between adjustments. I find it works for me and members of my family who have tried it. I use it for 10 minutes every day. This improves my posture and circulation, really de-compresses my neck and shoulders and I feel more comfortable.

Zip broke as soon as opened had a try but made neck worse. Very uncomfortable. Sent back and money received very quickly

My chiropractor recommended I use this product to help increase my cervical spine curvature. She recomended this product as it is a much better price (and works the same) as the "Denneroll" one in her office, which was more than double the price. I have used it a few days now and it does the trick. Please note, this product should only be used with the direction of a doctor/chiropractor.
