Why is the price 4x the actual retail price?

Can confirm what somebody else said. After buying a Celebrations ETB for 65, then the Celebrations Pikachu figure set for 57, I visited the only local shop in town. They had both at retail.

Somehow someone answered the booster box is 143 with 36 packs. Nothing here is a booster box. They are all trainer boxes which come with 10 4-card packs themed around which lever trainer box you’re buying and 5 10-card basic Pokémon packs. Retail price is $49.99. Do not buy these overpriced boxes

is the item going to be restocked?

Products are scarce cause these scam artists are buying all the cards before the people have a chance too so they can overcharge the real pokemon fans
