motor turned the spindle half a rotation and then stopped buzzed and overheated. This was before attaching it to the wood support let alone fixing the rod to the spindle so I'm glad I checked it before assembling the rest of it. Returned the same day.

Eehhh it’s ok I guess
I guess you could say it’s great for beginners the noise level isn’t that bad at all it does not have a switch on the cord to Shut it on and off so that means that you have to unplug it and plug it back in whenever you want to use ityou have to assemble it completely just like any other Turnerthis one is wooden but I will say it’s not the best Turner it kind of sucks that you have to keep on putting a butterfly screw init doesn’t have the option to go both waysVery very basic turnerIf you can spring for one of the metal ones I know that they’re more expensive but you will appreciate it so much more

You get what you pay for
I hate leaving bad reviews and maybe I just happened to get an irregular turner. But sadly, I can't find anything nice to say about this damn turner. I recently moved and I am working in a really confined space. I needed a quick tumbler turner for a very small crafting area in a rush. I ordered this one due to most reviews were 5 star, there was a coupon that was available and quick delivery date. It was much less than any other tumbler turners that I have and it came with a few extras. It was received rather quickly. It was ok to construct, the standing pvc pipe is wobbly and I had to glue the tubing to the stand to allow the pvc pipe to stay in place. The foam is not durable at all. It is thin and tears very easily. It is already looking very worn and torn after 3 uses. The screws included to attach the pvc to the turner doesn't go all the way through, so the pvc slides and it stops spinning and I constantly have to tinker with it to ensure it doesn't slip. my 30oz tumbler barely spins on it. To be totally honest I hate this turner. It isn't worth $13.99 that I paid for it. Epoxy and paint have already dripped on the turner, so I will keep it, go to the hardware store and find supplies to fix it. I will continue to "use" it as much as I can until I am in a larger area and able to use my larger turner with multiple ports. This was a total waste of $14 bucks. I don't understand how most people actually rated this turner with 5 stars. It is a complete WASTE of time and money.

Not made well
Editing to add that they contacted me and did send me a replacement!Holes werent even in the right spots for the screws none of it ligned up half of the holes that were for the screws werent even done properly. It wouldnt even go together due to this and the poor positioning which also caused the wood to split. So now I cant even use it.

Missing parts :(
I really love my turner as i now own 5 of them but this last one came with missing parts. Im missing the butterfly screw so im unable to secure the pipe. If i can get another part that would be perfect or i can return it and repurchase it as well. Whatever would be easier.
