Product dented in factory, seller ignoring my request for refund
The item arrived damage, dented in two points of the backrest and this clearly happened in the factory as the package was okay outside. I contacted the seller a few times, with help of Amazon I got a response and they arranged a pick up and refund. From what I can see the metal is not strong, which is the reason why it got damaged so easily so if you want a durable product for outdoor, I would consider something more sturdy.
